The Challenges of Sustainable Tourism Development in Ethiopian National Parks, the case of Nechsar National Park (NNP)

This study is conducted with the aim of assessing challenges sustainable tourism development in Ethiopian national parks. The used primary data for problem under study. Using judgmental sampling, 381 tourists were selected from total tourist population at destination. Most visiting Nechsar National park are local while Europe takes largest share number among foreign tourists. Under-development roads, communication, accommodation, shopping, financial institutions, and other services found as a challenge On dimension, lack effective marketing promote spot protection natural beauty destination have underlined confronted tourism.
